To enable an instructor to be booked in the calendar, sharing permissions must be set up appropriately. Two settings must be enabled:
- The school or aero club account must be shared to the instructor account with “Full” permissions.
- The instructor logbook must be shared to the school or aero club account with “Full” or “Full with certify” permissions.

Once the appropriate permissions have been set, the system will show instructors on the calendar screen and they can be added to bookings alongside aircraft.
